Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship world wide, except to EU and Northern Ireland, due to new GPSR regulations introduced December 2024
Which shipping carrier do you use?
All Parcels are shipped via Australia Post.
Special requests for DHL Express can be made for international customers.
How does shipping take?
All parcels will be sent via Express Post.
The average transit time in Australia is 2-3 business days
International:
- NZ 2-5 business days
- Asia 5-11 business days
- US & Canada 2-6 business days
- UK 4-6 business days
- Rest of World 12-18 business days
Does the shipping have tracking?
Yes. All parcels will have tracking and require signature on delivery.
You will be provided with the tracking number via email once your order has been received by Australia Post.
What about Customs and Duties?
Customers outside of Australia are responsible for customs, taxes and duties on delivery.
Is my shipment insured?
No. If you would like to arrange parcel insurance for a nominal fee, please contact us before completing your order.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my order after I've received it?
Returns for change of mind are considered on a case by case basis for an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for an exchange or refund for change of mind.
All custom and made to order purchases are final and cannot be returned.
You must notify us of your request to return an item within 14 days.

Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible as once it has gone into production it can no longer be changed.
Warranties and Repairs
Does your jewellery have warranty?
LarNau does not provide any official warranty. We take great care to provide the utmost quality of work. Any concerns can be addressed by contacting us.
We encourage customers to treat their pieces with love and care. For more information about jewellery care please visit the Jewellery Care page.
There's been a mishap and now my jewellery has broken. Can you repair it?
Repairs can be performed in most cases but do note that we cannot repair damaged gemstones which will likely need a replacement stone if available.
We are not liable for gemstones that crack or break over time. Gemstones need to be handled with care. For more details please refer to the T&Cs
Please get in touch with the studio as soon as you notice your piece may have been damaged.
My jewellery has arrived damaged or is not as described.
In the event that a product you have ordered is faulty or does not match your order specifications please contact the studio within 48 hours of receiving the goods to advise us that they are in damaged or faulty condition to arrange for a return
We will provide postage details for the return of the faulty or damaged goods, which will be at no charge to you.
Where an order has arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described you will be offered a complimentary repair or replacement depending on the cause.
Orders
How long does it take for my order to be made?
Unless it is a ready to ship item most orders generally will take 6-8 weeks for production.

Custom orders will vary depending on the brief and final design.
Where is the Jewellery made?
All designing, fabrication and gem setting is by Denise herself.
Any casting required is sent to local or a reputable casting House within Australia.
What is made to order?
Some items on the shop only begin production after the order has been made. This is to minimize waste.
How to I measure my ring size?
The ring sized used are Australian/UK.
Please refer to the ring size page.
Do you offer resizing?
At this time, we don’t resize rings in-house. If you have any questions about how to find a place to resize your ring, please write us!
Can I buy one of your gemstones on its own?
Yes, on a case by case basis.
Can you make something with my gemstone or gold?
At this time the studio does not take client's own gold or silver for remodelling but can accept your gemstones.
What's Customisation and how is that different from a Custom order?
Customisation can be made to almost all orders. This includes changes to existing designs such as different gem colours, if available, or more gems to be added to the band.
A custom order is a completely new design that we work on together.
Jewellery
What types of gemstones do you work with?
Predominantly natural Sapphires, Rubies, Emerald and a lesser known stone called Spinel.
However we do also work with other softer stones of interest, including tourmaline, aquamarine, opals and garnets. As they are softer they beautiful choices for rings that are removed daily or worn on special occasions.

What's 9ct gold?
In Australia the common alloys of gold used are 9ct and 18ct. 9ct may not be recognised internationally in some Countries.
All our pieces are made from solid gold, not plated.
Why don't you offer 10ct or 14ct Gold?
In Australia the common alloys of gold are 9ct and 18ct.
Upon special request it is possible to source 14ct Gold alloy. Please submit a customisation request to the studio
