1. Eligibility
Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
Submit their entry and sign up to our newsletter on this webpage, including their guess of the total number of cat whiskers contained in the pot.

Only one entry per person is permitted. If a participant submits multiple guesses, only their first valid entry will be considered.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
Entries must be submitted before the competition closing date and time. Late, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

3. Competition Period
The competition opens on 18/10/26 9:30AM AEDT and closes on 19/10/26 5:00PM AEDT
The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries submitted after the closing time.

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be the eligible entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of cat whiskers contained in the jar.

The Promoter will count the cat whiskers after the competition closes. The final count will be recorded and used to determine the winner.
If two or more entrants submit equally close guesses, the tied entrants will enter a random draw to select the winner.
The Promoter's decision will be made fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize
The winner will receive one “TO BE A YOUNG KITTEN AGAIN STERLING SILVER PENDANT”, valued at AUD $260.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
The prize description and approximate value are provided in good faith. The prize is subject to availability, and any proposed substitution will be of reasonably equivalent value and made only where permitted by law.

6. Winner Announcement and Prize Claim
The winner will be notified via email within five business days of the competition closing.
The winner may also be announced on the Promoter's social media account.
The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to arrange delivery of the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter will select an alternative winner according to above selection criteria.
The winner may be required to verify their identity before receiving the prize.

7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be posted to the winner at an Australian address
The Promoter will advise the winner of the arrangements for receiving the prize. Standard Australia Post delivery costs will be covered by the Promoter
The winner must provide accurate delivery details.

8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

If the competition cannot be conducted as reasonably planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may take appropriate action, subject to applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange delivery or collection of the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's privacy policy, where applicable.

By entering this competition, entrants are consenting to being added to a marketing mailing list from LarNau Treasures
Entrants will not be added to third party marketing mailing lists or contacted for unrelated marketing purposes without appropriate consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia.
